To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

家中長老生日,大家族難得聚首一堂, 今次去咗較近便又可以包廳嘅酒家慶祝.從未來過這間, 訂位時已知酒席價錢不是大眾化, 且看看質數是否跟價錢成正比?菜式跟一般12人的酒席內容差不多, 有乳豬, 有炸蝦球, 發財好事, 炸子雞, 鮑翅, 糯米飯, 蒸海斑.講真, 只有第一道嘅乳豬真係好脆, 唔多肥肉, 又好香好味係較出色外, 其他的味道都係一般.蝦球+蚌炒荷蘭豆, 炸蝦球, 炸子雞, 糯米飯, 炒伊麵都係好一般, 菜膽飽翅係比較多翅(當然酒席成7千蚊....), 但個碗嘢好似漿糊水咁, 完全唔得囉....蒸海斑有人話過咗火, 太"鞋", 但我食魚背就OK嘅.發財好事上面有舖花膠(不算太小的花膠, 還好), 呢味又係酒席中嘅重點, 味道還OK, 有生菜墊底, 但太多獻汁, 食完晒仲成碗汁...最後來個美點, 小煎堆, 紅豆沙配芝麻湯丸, 都係中規中矩......總體來講, 這個價錢真係太貴了, 質數未能跟價錢看齊, 這點真的酒家方面要改下喇.

講真, 只有第一道嘅乳豬真係好脆, 唔多肥肉, 又好香好味係較出色外, 其他的味道都係一般.
