再講下重頭菜:【巴西燒肉】。款式方面有齊牛、豬、雞、羊、海鮮、蔬果。 每晚都必定有18款的種類給客選擇。

先講下最受歡迎的牛類, 有rump steak、西冷、rib eye肉眼等。

每次遞上都必定是剛剛燒好,熱辣辣。

大大舊的牛肉外層燒得帶有炭香,裏面相當粉嫩,屬於medium的熟度, 非常之juicy多汁。

當然不喜歡吃太生的朋友亦可以要求吃較外層的位置, 除咗更加肥美, 油香更多之外,炭烤後的氣息更重。

每款牛肉無論質感、牛香、脂香都各有不同, 最啱就係配襯紅酒慢慢品嚐。

豬肉方面選用了非常高質素的dingley dell pork,肉質一定有保証。有肥瘦均秤的五花腩、西班牙豬肉腸、 同埋bbq ribs,肉味十足,大火逼出油份, 卻保留了非常豐富的油脂香氣, 真是令人食過返尋味, 就算是飽,亦難以抗拒。

燒雞方面就有各款口味的雞槌、雞翼及雞胸。

而羊肉方面, 就選用了上盛的澳洲羊肉, 夠曬羊騷味。

最後當然是來一客清甜的燒菠蘿, 一解油膩感。

餐廳亦提供了多款cocktail以及酒類, 鸚鵡杯這杯是KoKo Mojo, 帶有Mojito 的薄荷氣息,同時加入了椰奶, 清甜易入口。

到了晚市七點,更是座無虛席,現場都有不少外國客人, 氣氛相當不錯。
