上次黎過莊士倫敦廣場見有好多餐廳,我地黎發掘下邊間打邊爐好,最後揀左呢間新開無耐既任食任飲既蒲頭島大約7點去到係樓下,可能又到打邊爐既季節,加上食飯時間,見到排隊搭lift 既人超多終於上到黎蒲頭島門口,見到已經坐左d 等walk in 既人,好彩我地book左位啫坐低後,侍應叫我地揀左湯底先湯底選擇超多,夠fusion ,西班牙海鮮鍋,綠茶青木瓜鍋,人蔘白玉鍋等,如果想要鴛鴦鍋或某些特色鍋要加$38,我地揀左清清地蟹肉冬瓜蓉鍋,用料除左冬瓜粒外,仲有薏米,冬菇,蟹柳醬料都係自己出去拎侍應仲主動送上兩支welcome drink, 無酒精既,紫色係提子味,藍色係類似波子汽水味,味道普通係水吧見到有職員係到泡製緊色彩繽紛既welcome drink水吧旁邊都有涼茶其他飲品自己行入D既雪櫃拎侍應都送上西班牙扎肉&即炸響鈴扎肉本身已經熟,有d 似午餐肉,放佢落火鍋一陣到,口感結實,幾得意打邊爐真係唔少得香脆響鈴, 響鈴啱啱炸起,就咁咬一啖已經好好味, 不過放佢落湯幾秒仲正,可惜只送一客,冇得再叫火鍋配料,有部份要寫紙落order, 另一部份就自己出去凍櫃到拎首先落左order紙,主要係肉類,

火鍋配料,有部份要寫紙落order, 另一部份就自己出去凍櫃到拎

首先落左order紙,主要係肉類,手打丸等,有d可以要半份或一份,但我發覺無論你寫半或一份,其實黎既份量係一樣
有d 落左一份,但會黎左二份,份量令人幾混亂

而自助部份,種類好多,用疊盤形式,有d 疊到最高,細粒既我就睇唔到係咩
而且凍櫃內無標記係咩食材,都幾唔方便
可能餐廳太新,未做到咁仔細
