適逢父親節,帶佢食好野,而家都鍾意食晏晝,lunch有多d時間消化,食多d感覺都無咁邪惡呢度lunch menu $328包四個course:餐湯、麵包、沙律同主菜,+$59仲可以要埋甜品。但呢度最重要既係可以任食薯條 所以難得嗜甜既我麵無叫甜品,留返個quota食多d招牌薯條。位於灣仔既得獎扒房,裝修都好有華麗既格調感。想有火爐果種warm and wild,又唔想咁熱,就好聰明咁用technology呈現另外都擺左好多支酒,可以好講究咁同肉類wine pairing。呢度個牛扒刀係成把迷你菜刀咁好signature 原來仲可以加錢買返屋企哈哈最正宗既凱撒沙律其實係咩都無,唔會有煙肉呀煙三文魚之類。菜都係好簡單淨係用羅馬生菜芯(最嫩最甜既部分),咁先突顯度made-from-scratch既醬汁,因為最特別既其實係個醬汁,用生雞蛋、黑椒、芝士等去整,同用現成ready-made既樽裝凱撒沙律醬差天共地。當然有埋溏心蛋,同埋烘脆左既homemade甜餐包粒就更加豐富啦是日餐湯係南瓜湯,南瓜本身都算甜,呢個湯就無渣既。不過都幾特別既係呢度係個湯面加左中式既蔥花同埋paprika,有d f

Lunch set都逐個course上,而家都係即叫即整,等耐少少但係熱辣辣,而且同行者都會同步上course,呢d細節位都做得好好
黎到當然要試下呢度既牛扒 呢度既牛扒係來自紐西蘭,grass-fed, free from hormones and antibiotics已經令人食得好放心 牛既底味夠,簡單放條rosemary係上面,仲可以因應自己口味用枱面既pink rock salt and pepper再調下味提鮮。

壓軸講既係薯條 俾得你free-flow又係招牌,都唔係浪得虛名。用新鮮薯條連薯皮炸,幼身既fries炸得夠乾身夠脆口,而包住既紙竟然丁丁油都無! 平時prefer薯蓉感多d既chips over fries既我都覺得呢個超級好食
