To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

補祝母親節去食自助餐 今次選了薈景， 很多年沒有來 裝修以後 格調還可以 一入門口第一個位便是生蠔 只有法國蠔一種選擇 新鮮度還可以，海鮮冷盤方面 龍蝦夠彈性同鮮味， 紅蟹比較細隻 ，蟹腳沒有海水味口感很淡 ， 食物補充速度很快 ，刺身款式夠多 赤蝦亦很大隻 ，最欣賞龍蝦湯 ，啖啖龍蝦肉 ，熱葷不過不失 ，蒸魚是原條大青斑， 燒龍蝦永遠都有一條龍排隊等候 (其實他有兩個爐只開一個) Movenpick 雪糕亦有六款 選擇 甜品保持水準 今次去有八折優惠兼紅白酒啤酒汽水任飲 折實後要收593一位 這個價錢看似好貴實際好抵！
