今年生日,老公繼續帶我食自助餐!不過,今年不是去老地方,而是來了會展試試未嚐過的薈景dinner buffet~~定價每位$688,疫情下在做75折優惠,每位五百左右。至於生日優惠,要4位或以上才可享用啊!這頓buffet其中一項賣點是任飲指定紅白餐酒,之前食buffet都未試過啊!!薈景的場都幾大,添置了聖誕裝飾,但食客很少,氣氛不高。因此,取食物都完全不用輪候~~先吃海鮮,選擇充足,有龍蝦﹑龍蝦鉗﹑雪場蟹腳﹑凍蝦﹑海螺&麵包蟹,質素不俗。龍蝦肉質爽口彈牙,有些有橙膏的更香~~海螺又甜又大隻!!麵包蟹的蟹膏亦很香濃!!蟹腳肉質飽滿,但海水鹹味重一點點。刺身有三文魚﹑帆立貝﹑甜蝦﹑八爪魚等等,味道都算甜,但色澤賣相一般。聽到搖鐘聲,原來有限時推出食品!今次可取的食品是炸蟹鉗,蟹鉗炸得金黃香脆,內層蟹肉味香,肉質彈牙得來又有咬口,好食!!底下的脆米通帶點微甜,整個配搭不錯~~可惜因為食客少,所以限量蟹鉗都有剩。沙律區提供了一些預拌沙律,大推泰式燒牛肉沙律!!燒牛肉軟稔又有牛味,加上泰式香料及bb辣味,惹味開胃另竟然提供羽衣甘藍做沙律菜,好像沒怎麼在吃buffet時見到!!凍肉拼盤的款式選

雖然部分食物的味道好食,但整體的印象沒有令人嘩然之感!尤其食客不多,所供應的食物份量自然不多,略略有點空虛感。希望疫情過後,能試到質素回復的薈景自助餐!!
另要略略讚職員的服務,臨近用餐結束的時間,雖然餐酒區已收好了,但我們想多取一杯酒,都會有職員特意來斟一杯給我們,不會抱著不理不睬的態度,令人滿意~~
