天氣突然轉冷凍到咁,梗係要打一個邊炉同同埋羊腩煲啦。今日我揀左個羊腩煲,上枱熱辣辣香噴噴,柱候香味撲鼻。原本以為任食既質素可能會低啲,點知出乎意料之外, 羊腩炆得好軟身,一啲都唔羶,羊味夠。枝竹冬菇好入味。第二個step ,打邊爐 叫咗養生滋寶鷓鴣湯黎暖下身先,湯底一上枱,已經聞到暖暖的蟲草花加上鷓鴣嘅香味,試左一口湯底就知係真才實料。 打邊炉一定要叫牛肉啦。呢度係用嚴選安格斯牛肉,今日上枱嘅係牛板腱,肉色鮮明新鮮,少脂肪。主角到齊,即刻落牛肉試下,只需落湯淥十幾秒已經可以入口,肉質嫩滑有咬口,有肉味,一啲都唔“鞋”。
