To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係搬公司大埔既重要日子,同事們都好熱衷期待大埔生活。今次因為有車既原因,當然食飯去了就近的大尾篤食午餐。對於都市人黎講,這裡風景好靚好新奇。落到車已經好熱,二話不說見到有間泰國菜有冷氣即沖左入去。佢地有午餐都是大約四十至六十左右有飲品送。而我又想飲冬蔭公湯,最後我地4個女仔叫了一個套餐和一個粉面套餐,每位$90都叫正常。冬陰蔭公湯:味道好味,酸之餘夠辣,配料如菇和蝦不多但都入到味,可以倒了4碗湯出來。蒜子胡椒豬頸肉:太多味精,其實已有胡椒已好夠味,但始終太多味精,所以原本味已沒有。如果說美極豬頸肉更為適合咸魚炒芥蘭:咸魚味有而菜炒得脆口不錯。牛肉生菜包:夠辣夠香口。加上生菜包住黎食都好清新。但本人覺得豬肉炒得更香口。炒金邊粉:比心目中濕左少少。但味道夠(酸度同咸度適當)。但都是配菜偏少。份量剛剛好。最後飲品叫了珍多冰,料太少。味道太淡。失望。結帳時都要叫2至3次先有人理收錢。待應吾夠快手。總結味道不錯。但可以有更好選擇
