To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日和爸爸往金沙角冰室食早餐, 我點了金香雞扒歐陸早餐, 金香雞扒歐陸早餐除了雞扒外, 還有3.6牛乳炒蛋, 茄汁焗豆、牛油方塊酥和凍奶茶, 整份早餐賣相吸引, 份量十足,雞扒好大塊, 煎得甘香, 外脆內嫩, 食落啖啖肉, 口感美味；茄汁焗豆食落開胃；3.6牛乳炒蛋炒得香滑, 入口即熔；牛油方塊酥食落香脆, 配上牛油和煉奶食落口感豐富；凍奶茶茶味香濃, 奶味香滑。餐廳座位舒適, 有很多本土特色擺設, 例如懷舊暖水壺和西瓜波, 早餐食物美味, 份量十足, 值得再來。
