老實講!香港燒味真係好多長輩啱key嘅食物,特別大時大節嗌加料肯定係諗到「燒味」但係好西又點會等大時大節先食wor~我今日就經開老銅 並且知道哩間燒味嘅大廚有d來頭👍👍👍擇日不如撞日哩碗湯 飲落肚好有家嘅感覺⋯🥺再focus食燒味,肉類我哋例牌就恰到好處👍❶「五花腩叉燒」嘅口感我幾鍾意,因為佢唔太肥溜,擺入口有種慢慢溶嘅感覺!❷「燒鵝」 佢個皮 控制得好好。正常d餸上檯會即刻食,但我好鍾意噤下電話,影一輪相 凍咗先開始食。正正係咁佢個皮都keep到係脆嘅哩下抵讚。❸「蜜汁叉燒」如果後生嘅你去試完應該會鍾意因為唔會起渣,亦冇燒得過干嘅問題。一個字:嫩!嗌份菜中和下d肉類同炒飯 消化得好d邊食邊見到d人嚟拎外賣真係幾多人嚟幫親😎

再focus食燒味,肉類我哋例牌就恰到好處👍
❶「五花腩叉燒」嘅口感我幾鍾意,因為佢唔太肥溜,
擺入口有種慢慢溶嘅感覺!
❷「燒鵝」 佢個皮 控制得好好。正常d餸上檯會即刻食,但我好鍾意噤下電話,影一輪相 凍咗先開始食。正正係咁佢個皮都keep到係脆嘅哩下抵讚。
❸「蜜汁叉燒」如果後生嘅你去試完應該會鍾意
因為唔會起渣,亦冇燒得過干嘅問題。一個字:嫩!
