To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實經常會經開圓方呢頭呢間餐廳我都食過好多次本身對佢嘅印象係一間價錢都算中上嘅餐廳但係因為佢啲用料都幾新鮮同埋真係食到日本味道所以就算價錢有少少貴，都會keep住幫襯但係今次嚟食晚市第一次單點嘢食估唔到係好似去咗小人國咁啲份量細到，令你懷疑人生首先，我哋叫咗個刺身二人前差唔多成$300估唔到就係加埋得10件刺身而且都唔係啲咩特別名貴嘅刺身三文魚，牡丹蝦，帶子，大拖羅，油甘魚唔講我仲以為佢比錯咗套餐set dinner嘅刺身俾我兩個人加埋攝牙罅都唔夠🙄跟住又叫咗個刺身丼飯都係二百幾三百蚊定價諗住會係一人前嘅份量啦估唔到又係嚟咗小人國係迷你丼size！！其實就算喺圓方開舖頭但係冇理由set個價錢好似ICC咁掛？入邊啲擺設又唔係特別高級有冇諗過顧客來會食到一肚氣，最重要係一啲都唔夠飽。差評。
