Restaurant: An Nam Pho

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日午餐去左食安南越式牛肉粉。🙂我叫左個生牛肉牛丸湯粉。佢真係生牛肉,上檯個時仲係好紅🤩,但係涮一涮就變左做淡啡色,食落去好嫩滑🤤,唔錯👍🏻。佢既牛丸幾彈牙,不過對比之下冇生牛肉咁出色🙈。可惜佢既牛肉同牛丸數目真係少得好可憐,變相食完好似冇食過咁🤨。佢既湯粉係金邊粉,比較黏埋一齊,夾起個時有少少一 pat pat 既感覺😖。湯底比較清,食落唔會好咸,但又未去到冇味😅。至於友人叫個個香茅豬肉撈檬,佢既豬肉數目唔算好多🤔,但係至少多過我碗既牛肉加牛丸既數目😂。佢既撈檬味道幾清新,仲有好多青菜、青瓜同埋蘿蔔絲🥰,豐富得黎又好食,唔錯😍!
