今日午餐去左食安南越式牛肉粉。🙂我叫左個生牛肉牛丸湯粉。佢真係生牛肉,上檯個時仲係好紅🤩,但係涮一涮就變左做淡啡色,食落去好嫩滑🤤,唔錯👍🏻。佢既牛丸幾彈牙,不過對比之下冇生牛肉咁出色🙈。可惜佢既牛肉同牛丸數目真係少得好可憐,變相食完好似冇食過咁🤨。佢既湯粉係金邊粉,比較黏埋一齊,夾起個時有少少一 pat pat 既感覺😖。湯底比較清,食落唔會好咸,但又未去到冇味😅。至於友人叫個個香茅豬肉撈檬,佢既豬肉數目唔算好多🤔,但係至少多過我碗既牛肉加牛丸既數目😂。佢既撈檬味道幾清新,仲有好多青菜、青瓜同埋蘿蔔絲🥰,豐富得黎又好食,唔錯😍!
