To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

十年都唔會上openrice出post嘅我，尖沙咀返左工咁耐都未食過呢間野，一試就出事，員工態度差之餘，仲要落錯單收貴左，提返佢先知落錯，然後等左12分鐘未有 再同我講漏單漏單，咁有某個員工比餐我嗰陣，一睇啲餸…..出事，叉燒得4-5舊手指尾咁細，油雞得隻雞翼+半隻雞翼尖…..，我究竟食緊啲咩，全部都係骨黎，再加上我個人認為碗瀨粉有陣怪味（唔識形容），最後奶茶飲剩半杯就埋單走，其實唔明點解有人讚間野好食，自問對食要求唔高，呢間野連餵飽客人個肚都做唔到，相信正常人中左伏都會black list，出post都係將呢間野啲事share出黎，防止有更多受害人，唔值得比錢佢賺。極差！！！！！
