To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日晚市揀左而間有位的餐廳，碟頭飯連餐飲4x到5x不等，唔算貴。叫了個生炒骨飯，凍檸茶。凍檸茶藉著通通，茶味偏淡。生炒骨同白飯分開上，份量差點以為係單點小炒，小驚喜。白飯偏林，平價貨色。賣相ok, 味道不是很突出，甜酸味不夠濃，外層不脆，但總體是可以接受。48+3 價錢來說算係唔貴，好過出邊叫一個70蚊小炒再加白飯又冇野飲。
