To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日夜晚,去咗牛角次男坊。叫左一個牛角次男坊丼。價錢係$86, 另外加多$8升級,多咗麵豉湯同埋汽水。大約等咗都係15分鐘。丼飯已經到,黎到嘅時候雖然個碗好細,但係入面嘅料係好足,食落先知原來佢幾大碗。講吓佢嘅牛肉嘅味道,燒出嚟嘅口感,軟硬適中,食落去有種燒肉既香味。佢嘅汁非常之香。好配合飯同牛肉。至於麵豉湯就係普通。感覺同平時嘅麵豉湯冇咩分別。價錢亦都好合理唔使排隊。我覺得係幾值得食既朋友叫咗個牛舌飯,頭先牛味濃,薄得來有咬口。如果可以多啲紫菜同埋醬汁撈飯會更正。另外叫咗個炸雞, 好鹹,麻麻整體評價唔錯,下次有時間都會返嚟再食過。
