踏入秋季,又到咗食大閘蟹的季節,今次㨂了一間食大閘蟹好出名,位於天后電氣道22-52號金殿大廈1樓的御名軒,搭地鐵天后站一出就見到。知道御名軒仲不時會推出新優惠及新套餐,例如抵食晚市三寶就有我我最愛的片皮鴨,$98就食到。大閘蟹 每隻$68 (約4兩半)大閘蟹即點即蒸,拆開蟹蓋,金黃甘香的蟹膏當然是亮點所在,鮮味濃郁,就如品味奶油般軟滑細膩。生炒糯米飯$148秋風起,食臘味,糯米富有綿軟煙韌的咀嚼感,加入臘味粒拌炒,油分滲進飯粒,越嚼越有味。一大盤糯米飯,夠幾個人分享。片皮鴨$98半隻鴨皮燒至赤紅色,閃亮發光,肉質鬆軟多汁。餅皮軟綿煙韌,包著味濃肉嫩的鴨肉、青瓜、京蔥和甜麵醬等配料,一口咬下唇齒留香。椒鹽腰果鮮魷$98份量驚人,大大碟,大量腰果,椒鹽鮮魷外皮炸至鬆脆酥香,鮮魷肉質彈牙爽口不過韌,而且炸得夠乾身,不會過份油膩。晚市茶錢$17位餐前小食$15
