餐廳就在地鐵站一出就看到了,今天是平日晚上,客人都挺多的,大廳接近全滿了,而且現在有在做超划算的晚市優惠,真的可以試試!古法羊腩煲(248元)性價比不錯的,同場也有挺多人叫了這個羊腩煲!羊腩燉煮得非常軟嫩,帶油脂的地方入口即化,皮都是嫩嫩的質感,而且不會羶,吃的時候再配上鹹香的腐乳來吃,味道更香濃!配料也有很多腐竹,冬菇,馬蹄和竹筍。另外本身送了一份生菜,最後用湯汁來煮,味道特別香濃,菜脆嫩。紅燒雞絲翅 (1元)這裡的晚市限時優惠,性價比無敵,喝起來陣陣的雞肉香和魚翅的鮮甜,而且真的能吃到有一片片的魚翅的。雖然可能不是什麼貴魚翅,但只要1元就買不了吃虧了。椒鹽海生蝦(128元)一份的量也挺足的,而且還很好的將蝦頭的腳和刺剪去,吃的時候整個直接吃就好了!蝦炸得酥脆,口感彈牙,有蝦味,配上大量的椒鹽和炸蒜,味道惹味。豉椒炒肥蜆(98元)炒得挺有鑊氣的,豉椒味香濃,再加上鮮甜的肥蜆,挺下飯的! continue reading

約左個舊朋友見面,大家都係雞啄唔斷嘅人,最好就當然係搵個不限時嘅地方食飯。不限時一般都係酒樓啦,唔洗煩,感覺呢間酒樓做開街坊生意,唔會坐得好侷促。咁岩天氣轉涼,一於整個羊腩煲補補身暖下胃。羊腩煲湯底濃郁,份量不少,羊肉嫩滑入味,而且支竹冬菇馬蹄冬筍呢啲配料都相當多,配埋腐乳更加胃口大增,湯汁加腐乳撈飯亦都好正,有種童年回憶嘅感覺。羊腩煲 $248點羊腩煲時都唔記得係有生菜,我地又自己點個菜,食多啲菜健康啲丫嘛,芥蘭夠哂爽口,臘腸潤腸臘肉份量都唔少,而且每片都夠厚實惹味。芥蘭炒臘味 $128傳統雞絲翅,每碗花膠魚翅用料充足,對得起呢個價錢,加少少醋,鮮味更突出。紅燒雞絲翅 $238都自知兩個人唔食得多,所以無叫好多主食,反而開頭小食叫多啲,可以慢慢吹水傾偈。外脆內滑 八味豆腐 $58爽口彈牙 沙薑豬手 $78開胃之選 手拍青瓜海蜇 $58整體每個菜式份量相當大,好抵食,人少的話建議先點一兩個餸再決定還要點些什麼。😉📍御名軒電氣道22-52號金殿大廈1樓 continue reading

秋風起,食大閘蟹時候到啦!今日帶媽媽去御名軒食大閘蟹,佢地提供清水大閘蟹,肥美多膏既蟹公真係我的最愛!邊食邊叫 I Love 蟹公! 酒樓平日晚市都好熱鬧,男女老幼都有,家庭客,朋友聚餐,連外國人都黎食。紫蘇蒸大閘蟹兩隻大蟹公,每隻約4両半,多蟹膏,好香口美味,勁滿足,正呀!!蠔皇鮑魚扣鵝掌鮑魚size算大隻,鵝掌掛滿醬汁好滋味,仲有西蘭花也浸滿醬汁。太史五蛇羹好多料除左有蛇肉外,還有冬菇、木耳、冬筍等等,還伴有菊花和脆片,一齊食會更清香。風味小碟叉燒肥瘦均勻好味道, 燒腩仔香口,青瓜清爽臘味糯米飯有臘味粒、花生、蛋絲,飯粒飽滿,充滿水份唔乾硬,岩我食。薑汁蒸軟糕兩大件, 煙韌軟糕有淡淡薑味,食完蟹食薑汁軟糕都唔錯。川味酸菜魚好大盤酸菜魚,充滿麻香,好足料,除左有魚塊和酸菜外,還有薯粉、雲耳、菇塊、芽菜等等,超級豐富。蜜椒京蔥爆牛仔骨有十幾塊牛仔骨,又厚身又大塊,有鑊氣味,抵食。擂沙芝麻湯丸有3粒,芝麻湯圓面層蘸滿了花生碎,比普通湯圓更惹味。 continue reading

話說今日喺天后地鐵站見到有個廣告,寫住某酒樓片皮鴨只係$98。之後再search吓,原來佢仲有大閘蟹食,價錢仲好親民,於是今晚就試吓佢。“御名軒”就喺天后站A2出口,佢同好多酒樓一樣,會有啲晚市優惠。除咗片皮鴨,佢仲有$68一隻約4.5兩大閘蟹,$248連生菜嘅羊腩煲等等。但佢最吸引嘅地方,係所有以上嘅優惠可以一齊用。片皮鴨半隻 $98片皮鴨嚟嘅時候已經切好晒,我最欣賞佢嘅皮係相當脆,唔會有太多餘嘅肉。薄餅比較特別佢係切成半圓形,相對更加容易包埋同冇咁易散開。古法羊腩煲連唐生菜 $248其實嚟到個煲相當大,連同唐生菜,差唔多擺咗半張枱。但嗰陣我哋仲未識驚,結果食到最後要你推我讓😂。因為羊腩嘅份量多,而且仲有枝竹、竹笙、馬蹄、冬菇等等,當中嘅冬菇又大隻又淋。而羊腩亦炆得非常入味。清水大閘蟹 $68四兩半嘅大閘蟹,呢個價嚟講係相當抵食,難怪周圍嘅人都喺度係咁剪剪剪。佢已經有埋鉸剪等工具,同加咗薑嘅蟹醋。打開一睇,大閘蟹嘅蟹膏相當多,有圖有真相。我哋兩個人食四隻已經夠皮。由於啲優惠可以一齊用,所以我哋叫嗰陣都冇好就住。一個涼涼地嘅晚上,有大閘蟹、片皮鴨同羊腩煲相伴,何止暖身? continue reading
