To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日是辛丑年的年廿九,雖然不是初一、十五,但都想食一點素食,一陣晚上又會返屋企食團年飯,因此午飯方面都食些清淡的素食,想起位於坑口東港城那邊有一間「從心素食 」,今日我與妹妹約中午時份來到,由於時間都尚早,餐廳都較寧靜又晤會太多人。我平時都好喜歡食素,特別喜歡選擇一些新派的素食餐廳,因為食物款式會較多,可以試得更多的款式,又可以點些小食之類,不一定點粉麵或套餐,因應個人的胃口多小或喜愛去決定點菜。 餐牌上的食物款式都好多,例如有沙律、餃子、刺身、壽司、便當、天婦羅、咖喱、粉麵、小菜、甜品等.....也有套餐。由店員帶領入座,最後被安排坐近在窗口的座位,幸好今日天氣都不錯,又有自然的陽光的光線,從落地玻璃窗望下去,可以看到街景,而餐廳的裝潢都好簡潔,枱櫈、牆身、餐具等都主打用淺色的配搭,給人有一份悠閒舒適的感覺。天氣較凍,我兩人各自點了一款湯暖下身先。妹妹選擇了蘆筍金湯蟹皇酥皮湯($58),由於酥皮湯需要烤焗,大約等了15分鐘就上枱。酥皮烤至香脆,有陣陣牛油香,金湯其實是南瓜湯,舀起見到蘿蔔粒、蘆筍粒、素蝦、粟米粒,南瓜湯都好香甜,質感濃稠,粒粒的蔬菜粒爽口,加上香脆的酥皮更加滋味。而我

而我選擇了四季菊花素蛇羹($48),賣相真是好似真的蛇羹,當然沒有蛇肉,都是素湯,跟了一些菊花花瓣、薄脆做配料。可是欠些檸檬葉,美中不足。飲下去味道都不膩,煮出來的味道絕不遜於葷食,有陳皮絲、薑絲、木耳絲等令口感更真實,配合菊花有啖啖的清香,加少許大紅浙醋,味道更好味,吃完成個人暖哂!

主食選擇了和風雜錦壽司拼盤(18件)($188)與妹妹一齊Share,簡單的擺盤,色澤好鮮艷奪目,豐盛驚艷的賣相馬上為它打下卡,仿似去了日本餐廳食壽司般,都配上了日本芥辣、日本豉油、子薑,刺身的主要成份都是蒟蒻,刺身的口感確與真刺身相似,令人有驚喜。另外有日本卷物,例如有牛油果卷、芝麻卷及芒果卷,內餡主要一些素肉、青瓜、海苔等。而軍艦壽司是造型非常精緻,海苔團著飯團外團裹成橢圓形狀,放了一些中華沙律、素三文魚粒或粟米粒,紫菜都好脆口,明顯是即叫即製,還有玉子壽司及腐皮壽司。素食壽司吃起來比較健康,起碼熱量較低。

有茶芥每位$10,而我們選擇了蕎麥茶,有降血糖、降血脂,增強人體免疫力的作用。沒有咖啡因而且可以保護肝臟 · 有利於減肥。服務員招呼都好醒目,斟茶水或問服務員取碗仔都好有效率,招呼都好殷勤有禮。素食食物款式多又有質素,環境又寧靜舒適,抵讚!
