To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

全場唯一的果汁，係罐頭西柚汁，比湯力水更加苦。供應的天婦羅，只是炸南瓜片及炸紫菜。供應的串燒，只是超級市場買回來的日式燒鳥串。話有長腳蟹，啲長腳蟹又瘦又乾完全冇味。總之成家九個人，不消半個鐘在全都在吃雪糕，因為唯一吃得下去的就是Häagen-Dazs雪糕，因為知道唔係佢哋整嘅食物質素唯一有保障。至於服務態度更加一流侍應黑面，更加將你放喺隔離間餐廳，以增加可以做自助餐的枱數。總之就係中伏。話係自助餐，不如話係自助雪糕餐，因為真係乜都食唔到，每人都食三四條雪糕。
