To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 諗住試下新派飲茶,點知係伏嘅,冇服務,環境普通,職員態度一般,座位好迫好窄,冷氣又唔夠,又好嘈。未坐低已經講明用餐時間,心諗當時已下午四點多‘無咩人,大擺枱。點心完全冇驚喜,嗌咗個紅米腸係凍嘅,好似整好左擺咗好耐。我同朋友都覺得唔掂。燒賣非常之普通,有一個叫梅菜豬肉燒賣,好似食緊梅菜豬肉咁,好咸,完全唔夾。叫咗個蒸飯,啲飯完全食唔到,因為粒粒都好油全個飯都好油。一定唔會再去試,完全唔掂。完全唔掂。完全唔掂。完全唔掂。
