To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時好鍾意幫襯港式扒房，同先生經過森美諗住入去試下。加咗$60半打法式田螺，味道正常，無諗過已經係成餐飯最好食嗰樣嚟。。叫咗份晚餐鑊仔牛柳。。總共有3塊質素好似大家樂早餐既牛扒，咬落去完全唔係肉類既質感，植物肉都似肉過佢。。伏出國際先生嗰份12安士肉眼，叫7成熟比咗份得3成熟既嚟，用咗九牛二虎之力先切得到，食到好似食緊香口膠咁。。最後大家食咗幾啖就棄咗，離譜到為咗呢間餐廳打第一篇食評😅🤦🏽‍♀️
