真心講,平時食野極少會話一間餐廳伏,但今次真係忍唔住要講...💰 人均$300 嘅價錢西餐廳!星期5 lunch time得我哋一台 就知咩事 🍽️ 試左IG & Openrice 介紹5道菜試食menu,逐樣同大家分析:1️⃣ 章紅魚刺身 - 薄到透光就算,最緊要係魚肉質地鬆散,無咗章紅魚魚生應有結實口感,新鮮度令人懷疑 2️⃣ 炭燒雞胸配青醬意粉 - 雞肉乾柴過沙漠,0炭燒味可言3️⃣ 香煎三文魚 - 如圖所見,煎到焦晒,完全係一個「燶」字🥵4️⃣ 炭燒西冷 - 最大嘅雷區!牛肉粉粉嫩嫩嘅外表下,竟然係一塊乾到冇肉汁嘅牛肉乾!疑似隔夜餸重新加熱,喺雪櫃抽乾晒啲牛肉汁,食咗一啖完全食唔落。連簡單伴菜薯蓉都唔滑身 🆘5️⃣ 蟹肉多士同白酒煮意粉 - 唯一正常嘅餐點,但都只係普普通通 🤷‍♂️💭 最後同職員反映,得到嘅回應係「會反映畀廚師知」就完,無下文。

🍽️ 試左IG & Openrice 介紹5道菜試食menu,逐樣同大家分析:

1️⃣ 章紅魚刺身 - 薄到透光就算,最緊要係魚肉質地鬆散,無咗章紅魚魚生應有結實口感,新鮮度令人懷疑

2️⃣ 炭燒雞胸配青醬意粉 - 雞肉乾柴過沙漠,0炭燒味可言

3️⃣ 香煎三文魚 - 如圖所見,煎到焦晒,完全係一個「燶」字🥵
