To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 等咗咁耐,終於等到政府對食肆進一步解除限制,急不及待約同事到此餐廳 lunch,滿懷盼望可以大家聚首一堂食過開懷,誰知。。。服務❌簡單用「晦氣」來形容也很貼切,仲要唔係一個半個,幾位待應都係咁,「晦氣」似乎像疫情傳播到其他待應,攪到我哋想叫佢哋遞支叉都驚打攪到佢地。。。食物❌用「乾」來形容整體食物,$288嘅T-Bone似模似樣,點知食落乾爭爭無半點油脂,好似咬緊硬卡紙。吞拿魚扒也是得個樣,食落無魚嘅質感,乾爭爭無半點油水,伴碟的醬太鹹了。。。原本可以一班同事歡聚一下,誰知結果會係咁,希望餐廳認真睇下意見作出改善,$288一份午餐唔係最貴但亦唔平,起碼可以俾翻咁上下質素同服務,先對得住自己又對得住食客。
