To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有咩推動到我兩年來再寫食評,就係勁難食........<點心>賣相求其,冇裝飾,唔係南海一號水平。蝦餃燒賣細細粒,蝦餃皮好厚,得蝦碎幾粒。燒賣冇豬肉味,真係唔知食緊咩。點心類別食之無味,棄之可惜,應該全部係廠交貨。牛肉球(凍既)同春卷(好硬)都唔俾喼汁, 水準仲差過樓下酒樓。葡汁鱈魚酥,就係冇餡冇味既咖哩角。點心選擇極少,想食既都要另外單點。連任何一種包同腸粉都冇。但有一個豉油皇腸粉就大大碟。<小食>點心希望越大失望越大, 小食亦都係嚇人到極點。菠蘿咕嚕肉,兩餸飯質素仲好。滑蛋蝦仁,得一粒蝦。白芍西生菜,應該冇難度。乾炒四季豆:較為入得口<主食>只叫左一種!都係劣評.唔係因為味道,而係因為貨不對版。變左肥牛炒烏冬。<甜品>最基本紅豆沙,糖不甩,脆麻花呢D..... 都冇。但以下兩樣野ok. 馬拉糕:糕身鬆化有彈性,水準之作薑汁糕:雖然都知係來貨,但有少少薑汁好過冇啦。班蘭糕:估唔到係薑汁糕既樣.....以為係綠色嗰隻斑蘭蛋糕。<茶>俾28蚊茶錢,連茶葉都冇得揀, 更何況要換茶葉。<服務>有個外(菲)藉姐姐服務真係好好,主動加茶。收碟都好快。
