To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週日的太古坊好多餐廳唔開, 呢間係其中一間比較勤力的餐廳, 又想食牛肉粉所以一試。已光顧過灣仔的分店, 印象好迫好嘈好大份好抵食今次呢間唔再多人因為寫字樓放假, 個碗竟然比灣仔分店的細叫左大叻蕃茄牛腩檬粉: 蕃茄消失了變左蕃茄醬, 由想食得健康變成鈉含量超標, 檬粉好碎失望越式生牛肉河: 我食10間有10間同你散開d牛肉, 令個湯底一倒落去就會煮到牛肉半熟, 呢碟要自助, 自己分開痴在一堆的牛肉, 所以整開左都仲係好生, 唔慣 。牛肉質素好, 湯底有d太油膩飲品叫左奶茶同檸水, 不過不失因為個蕃茄牛腩檬令人太失望了。。所以唔會再黎食

越式生牛肉河: 我食10間有10間同你散開d牛肉, 令個湯底一倒落去就會煮到牛肉半熟, 呢碟要自助, 自己分開痴在一堆的牛肉, 所以整開左都仲係好生, 唔慣 。牛肉質素好, 湯底有d太油膩
