To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日約左朋友去Hysan Place 千兩食下午茶定食，環境好闊落，新裝修偏向日本風，平日下午時間唔使等位。同朋友分別點左兩個定食，兩個都有跟餐前沙律。沙律菜夠新鮮，仲有兩片番茄，配上酸酸的醋汁，令人胃口大開，好快就食完。另外，呢兩個定食有冷熱烏冬選擇，比較喜歡凍烏冬，湯底好味，同烏冬好搭。百兩定食 $85，性價比好高，而且壽司係高質的，有6件，最好味係三文魚腩壽司，入口即溶。炸蝦卷亦唔錯，好香口。炙燒壽司．烏冬定食 $102朋友一直推薦呢個定食，雖然得四件壽司，但每件都大件，微微炙燒過，非常香。呢個定食真係飽肚，下次應該都會叫呢個餐。
