最近九龍城開了一間餐廳主打岩石燒,食材新鮮,口碑相當好,今晚特意來到此店,一嚐岩石燒的滋味。店舖不算大,佈置簡約,柔和音樂不斷的播放,令人感到舒適鬆弛。我們揀選了兩款套餐:九州A4和牛前腿肉 - 產自日本九州鹿兒島,肉質柔嫩,牛味濃郁 。用岩石燒出來的肉特別美味因為石頭受熱均勻,食物不易被燒焦,更能鎖住肉汁。澳洲和牛封門柳 - 封門柳為牛橫隔膜肌肉,每隻牛只有一條,非常之罕有,雖油花較少,但肉質十分軟滑,而且和牛肉味甚濃,廚師以厚切方式上碟,吃時口感延綿,非常滋味。兩個套餐都有蔬菜沙律、櫻花蝦味噌湯和甜品。雖然疫情還未過去,仍有優質食肆擴張營業,實屬難得,作為消費者,定必支持。
