原來九龍城有間食日本燒肉嘅餐廳,冇乜人,我哋食佢最平嘅尊上の2人前,$598另加一。有豬有牛有羊,不過佢嘅羊就冇晒轉咗做牛,佢嘅牛係us prime,豬就來自日本佐賀。首先嚟咗沙律,都算大大碟,食落就冇咩特別,不過幾開胃。然後就有前菜三品,有辣有酸有甜同樣都係幾開胃,份量唔多,但幾好食。至於佢個櫻花蝦湯就略為失望,味噌湯比較淡,而且櫻花蝦冇味。然後終於嚟個燒爐,隔離有四種調味,一種係鹽一種係自家製嘅鹽一種係燒汁一種係黑椒。自己一面燒啲肉一面落調味料,出嚟嘅燒肉都幾入味幾好食,而且肉質都唔錯,只係比較易黐底,如果有個豬油可以擦一擦就比較好。另外亦都有兩杯飲品,一杯係烏龍茶一杯綠茶,味道比較淡,但係食燒肉有啲嘢飲吓就好重要。至於佢個飯素就略為普通,冇味。最後差啲唔記得有甜品,個甜品係牛乳雪糕,另外配上抹茶粉,自己加水上抹茶粉攪拌,然後倒上去雪糕度,雖然唔知點解唔直接俾抹茶雪糕,但係有得自己DIY感覺都幾特別,就好似自己燒肉一樣🤣整體嚟講,主食嘅肉同前菜三品OK,餐廳標榜慢食,所以我哋都食咗差唔多兩個鐘,都算係飽。全程都播住陳奕迅嘅歌,我自己本身就係fans所以基本上啲歌全部都識唱。最後佢會

是日甜品是一個雲呢拿雪糕,客人可用茶筅刷出抹茶再澆上雪糕上,既可自行調校抹茶濃淡,亦有儀式感。

今次食呢間石燒牛從前菜到甜品都好驚喜🥰位於九龍城的一角,隔離有個巴士站,好十幾條線,搭巴士好方便。餐廳環境好舒服,係木系日式的感覺。我地叫左個尊上二人餐($598)前菜有一大盤沙律菜仲有個甜酸辣併盤,個炸牛奶好驚喜,脆卜卜的外皮,一咬即融,就食到入面軟綿綿的牛奶。酸呢就係個醋醃蟹柳,酸味味好開胃,個蟹柳食到一絲,係高級蟹柳,仲有個辣係帶子群邊,個味做得啱啱好的辣,仲有彈牙爽口的群邊。個櫻花蝦味噌湯係滿滿的櫻花蝦,足料夠味。主角出場就係豬梅肉,封門柳同牛小排,肉質靚,好食,餐廳仲有自家製鹽做調味,燒野菜菇菇,尤其係啡菇,都好好食。諗住個驚喜已完,點知甜品都有驚喜!原來係自己搞抹茶粉,再倒入個雪糕。個雪糕偏甜,加上抹茶汁帶甘,有得玩又有得食!
