今次嚟到九龍城同大家介紹一間日式岩石燒料理,石一燒。材料採用高級日式和牛,店內環境舒適,簡約日式裝修帶有溫馨感。我哋叫咗個極上和牛盛會2人前 $698,成個餐都非常豐富。———————————————🌟沙律一開始就上咗一大盤新鮮嘅沙律,配上日式芝麻醬,生菜非常爽口。🌟櫻花蝦味噌湯味噌湯非常濃郁,湯底充滿咗櫻花蝦嘅鮮味,蝦嘅份量相當多,每一啖都可以品嚐到濃厚嘅海鮮味道。🌟前菜(三品)呢個三品前菜包括炸牛奶、醃蟹柳同麻辣醃製裙邊。炸牛奶外脆內滑,醃蟹柳凍食鮮甜可口,麻辣醃製帶子裙邊帶有微辣,愈食愈上癒。🌟16oz和牛盛會呢個16oz嘅和牛盛會包括九州A4和牛三角胸、九州A4和牛上前腿肉同澳洲和牛封門柳。每一款和牛都非常嫩滑,放上石板燒時仲可以有洋蔥做襯托,仲可以自行加鹽或者醬汁。九州A4和牛三角胸嘅油脂分布均勻,口感極佳;九州A4和牛上前腿肉肉質嫩滑;澳洲和牛封門柳肉質結實,有嚼勁,味道非常出色。牛肉底部仲放有菜,我地連果啲菜都用和牛嘅牛油燒埋佢,味道都一流。🌟菇盛會主要係香菇同大啡菇切件為主,放上石板上燒香氣撲鼻,味道出色。🌟主食主食有一個飯素珍珠米飯同另外加$15升級嘅稻庭烏冬。珍珠米加埋飯素,真係齋食都覺得一流。稻庭烏冬彈牙爽口,而且佢仲有個好濃郁嘅湯底,非常美味。🌟餐飲我哋點咗凍咖啡同凍桂花烏龍茶。凍咖啡唔算太濃味係普通日式咖啡,至於凍桂花烏龍茶清香回甘,飲落非常解渴。🌟日式甜品佢係成個甜品盤咁上,有綠茶粉,可以好似日式茶道咁攪拌,將綠茶粉攪拌至完全溶解後可以淋係雲呢拿雪糕上面,成個過程充滿儀式感。綠茶嘅清香同雪糕嘅香甜完美結合,係一個非常完美嘅餐後甜品。🌟普洱咖啡呢個係鋪頭特別送嘅,成個套裝好似清酒set咁靚,飲落去普洱茶味道多,但細品又帶有咖啡香,非常特別,仲可以幫助解膩。🔸整體食評🔸石一燒嘅環境簡約而舒適,服務人員友善熱情,每道菜都用心製作。和牛質素極高,燒製後香氣四溢,整個用餐體驗非常滿足。無論係朋友聚會定係情侶約會,呢度都係一個唔錯嘅選擇。 continue reading
