Restaurant: The Chinese Library

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前到過大館幾次,環境好chill,所以特以上網找間餐廳食下嘢,見呢間有任食點心就嚟試下。室內環境比較西式,但就係食中菜,比較特別。裝修亦比較舒適,但坐滿人時都幾嘈。食物質素比預期高,而且賣相幾精緻,每件點心都細細件,所以整個餐牌嘅任食點心幾乎可以試均一次。其中個人覺得比較出色幾款 : 燒賣、茄子、咸水角、蛋撻。反而要加錢嘅小籠包就麻麻地,味道有點怪怪的。
