將燒至四成熟嘅dry-aged韓牛放喺鹽磚上rest牛油脂與熱力令鹽溶解滲進牛肉裏相比一向直接點鹽嘅方法咸香會更突出係幾神嘅食法，同時我亦覺得係幾啱懶人嘅食法記得第一次來就被餐廳嘅玻璃牆設計吸引在內裏用膳可以隱約看到室外同時不失私隱度另一重點當然係衝著 #自家熟成韓牛而來30日熟成嘅 #鹽磚熟成肉眼牛扒大大塊直火燒都完全唔會un肉質反而仲更柔軟牛香亦更濃至於韓國五花肉係40天熟成烤好後帶住一陣似吃臘肉般嘅鹹香氣同埋燒肉以外幾款大家都耳熟能詳嘅傳統韓菜石頭飯、醬油蝦/蟹、水冷麵同炸醬麵等甜品個人推薦係個 #蜂蜜雪糕係我每次來都很期侍吃到嘅甜點雪糕不甜不膩甜感主要來自蜂巢磚幸福感亦隨甜蜜而來
