今次同老婆黎食Omakase慶祝情人節,揀左新開冇耐既山Yama試下,老婆話貪佢裝修夠靚餐廳以山做主題,所以擺設同餐具都有山既元素,再配合之後上菜既形式,其實佢更加似係會席料理而唔係普通既Omakase 首先上既係日本唔同地區產既海膽,味道上會有輕微差別,不過配合埋其他食材,其實個分別唔係咁易食得出,整體來講係好食既海膽第二道上既係燒帆立貝、生蠔同蟹肉既組合,各自既味道都幾好,不過都係正常發揮,唔算有咩驚喜再黎既係蝦夷鮑配鮑魚肝醬既經典組合,後面既係清酒,可以提升鮑魚既香氣,蝦夷鮑會比其他鮑魚軟糯,而且味道會比較濃同鮮,算係比較有印象既菜式跟住落黎就係刺身5點,質素唔錯,不過刺身唔會有咩好特別既體驗,所以都係正常發揮,個酸汁味道幾好,我個人幾中意食左咁多凍野之後黎左個熱辣辣既鱈場蟹腳配蟹湯,蟹肉鮮甜彈牙,個湯亦都非常清甜,食完成個人都好舒服用柚子雪葩做間場之後就到壽司環節,食材配搭上唔錯,不過同樣都係正常發揮呢道係宮崎A4和牛,表面稍為煎封,入面仍然係非常juicy,做到入口即化既效果但又冇A5咁膩,配合炸蒜片食個味道層次會更豐富,呢道菜係今晚最有印象同最中意既最後一道菜式係蟹膏蟹肉烏

跟住落黎就係刺身5點,質素唔錯,不過刺身唔會有咩好特別既體驗,所以都係正常發揮,個酸汁味道幾好,我個人幾中意

最後一道菜式係蟹膏蟹肉烏冬,唔需要我介紹都知道有幾好食,另外佢仲有三種唔同年份既陳醋配搭,可以令味道更豐富同有層次

甜品用拿破崙作結,比較少有餐廳會咁選擇,因為會比較麻煩同多功夫要做,不過即制拿破崙真係好食


總結,山既熱食比較出色,不過刺身亦都合格,上菜形式上比較靚,整體來講唔錯,可以一試
