Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

食過呢間餐廳三四次試過叫魚片，牛腩，豬扒 等等...魚片有d碎骨 但會令到個魚湯米線更重魚香味牛腩係炆得腍 好入味 會同米線分開上 不過個人喜歡食清湯腩較多 秘製豬扒都幾好食 不過再想試其他配料今次揀咗醉雞配魚湯米線同雞會分開上 雞幾嫩 好入味 酒味好香魚湯係走清清地路線 (唔係超濃魚味嗰種)個人好怕魚腥味 但哩個湯一啲都唔腥 每次黎食我都會飲唒個湯食過荃灣既三條魚個人比較喜歡呢間但強烈建議大家米線揀魚湯唔好揀豬骨湯食過豬骨湯 普普通通鍾意魚湯既朋友就不妨一試啦
