To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 整體唔係好老派嗰種好油膩又濃味嘅感覺~
口味上相對地易入口,覺得外國人會幾鍾意~
片皮鴨唔差,厚薄切得剛好,鴨餅都煙煙韌韌~
夾埋一齊食,滿口鴨香味😋😋
豬皮凍同燒餅榨菜肉末都好推薦🌟
前者肉量唔會太多太膩,配上蒜末陳醋,醒神開胃~
