To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然間想食泰國菜，經朋友介紹搭的士到九龍城泰皇閣試下，一行五人叫了六款菜一湯，當時檯面只得六對筷子，叫傳菜員再畀多2對公筷子,都不算過份,他說“你哋成枱都係筷子仲要攞”跟住行咗去,無理我哋.難怪現在個個都北上消費，服務態度好，價錢平，食物有新鮮，我一定唔會再去食這間，畀錢食嘢都要受氣
