估唔到而家一啲嘅中式茶樓,都會有一啲迎合後生仔好味,轉攻上班族市場嘅菜單,驗證只平時局限於大家所想只會一家大細嘅時候先至去酒樓飲茶食飯,見到一個seafood love sake menu,都真係幾新潮,雖然款式唔多,但偶然做一啲新活動都不妨係一件唔錯嘅事。所以就簡簡單單咁食咗佢嘅炸蠔,正確來講係砵酒焗石蠔,石蠔size當然唔細,就算揸完出嚟,都唔縮!而且面頭淋上少少酸酸甜甜加微辣嘅醬汁,2啖就食完呢個前菜!叫埋枝佢建議搭配嘅sake 池龜純米吟釀一流,店員亦確保sake夠冰涼,先至飲得夠爽,果然食海鮮就應該要配酒,真心喜歡呢個menu🥰
