To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

周記點心 (流心點心) (天后)天后琉璃街13號南景樓地舖1️⃣奶皇流心西多士呢個真係要趁熱食一切開嘅時候，啲奶皇係走晒出嚟佢個西多士整得好食，整得好香脆唔會有千年油嘅味道2️⃣鴛鴦燒賣每粒燒賣都好食，而且入面都好有肉感不過佢雖然係鴛鴦燒賣，但係食唔出有咩咁特別佢應該係有一款係黑松露3️⃣麻香雞呢個雞有啲似酸菜魚咁，好麻但係佢又冇乜特別嘅香味不過佢都算大份，而且啲雞唔會好老但係我覺得味道可以突出啲4️⃣XO醬炒銀針粉炒得幾香之餘，亦炒得好入味佢嘅XO醬都幾辣，辣到有啲過癮而且上面仲有好多蝦米

佢個西多士整得好食，整得好香脆
唔會有千年油嘅味道

2️⃣鴛鴦燒賣
每粒燒賣都好食，而且入面都好有肉感
不過佢雖然係鴛鴦燒賣，但係食唔出有咩咁特別
佢應該係有一款係黑松露

3️⃣麻香雞
呢個雞有啲似酸菜魚咁，好麻
但係佢又冇乜特別嘅香味
不過佢都算大份，而且啲雞唔會好老
但係我覺得味道可以突出啲

4️⃣XO醬炒銀針粉
炒得幾香之餘，亦炒得好入味
佢嘅XO醬都幾辣，辣到有啲過癮
而且上面仲有好多蝦米
