To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好在有朋友識路,唔係真係好難搵到三姐位置,大部份都係一大班既食客。窩貼小棠菜:墨魚餅彈牙鮮味。椒鹽魷魚:魷魚厚身爽口,椒鹽味適中唔過咸。冰梅骨:酸甜味香,減低肥膩既感覺。鼓油雞:雞肉嫩滑,個汁好香。蝦乾魚湯時菜:魚湯清甜,比豬肺湯更好飲。香醋豬脆柳:豬脆柳口感超正,調味有點似冰梅骨。蒸倉魚:倉魚肉滑鮮甜。豬肺湯:麻麻地,同街邊例湯差唔多。黃金蝦:好多蛋王,可惜蝦肉唔新鮮。四季豆炒鱔球:鱔球油膩左d,四季豆爽口但就有層油係面甘。基本上碟碟餸都很有水準,我們都大讚三姐。
