To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友生日又係諗食咩嘅時候，今次朋友想食中菜， 所以選擇了好幾間酒樓， 最後就揀了樂雅軒， 因為見他有個套餐有龍蝦有鮑魚， 睇個餐食嘅嘢都好似唔差， 有江南四小碟， 蒜 片金不換一口牛柳粒， 金箔鮑魚冬茸羹， 瑤柱野菌白菜苗， 古法蒸蝴蝶魚， 脆皮吊燒雞， 龍蝦霹靂泡飯， 酥炸迷你麻蓉包， 燕窩杏仁茶， 睇完以上菜單真的流曬口水， 那樣大家都決定這一間。 但留意如生日帶蛋糕會徵收切餅費$100，而整體上這間食肆都算有意外驚喜。松茸蟹肉炸介子雲吞， 瑪瑙牛筋片， 鎮江鼠耳秋葵。 本人覺得雲吞都不錯油鹽水藍青口，呢個尚算普通本人鍾意食牛，所以牛柳粒啱曬我呢隻雞就一般呢個龍蝦霹靂泡飯， 原本都唔差， 因個湯係另上的，但個湯太濃太杰，如果唔係咁杰會好好多呢個就係又濃又杰嘅湯
