To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 兩男五女, 聚舊飯朋友highly recommend.....估唔到d 食物真係咁有質素, 炒得好好~避風塘瀨尿蝦 <---小妹本身對瀨尿蝦一般, 主要係因為拆肉麻煩, 但呢間舖可以將d 瀨尿蝦起肉炒, 可以慳番拆殼的功夫啫啫雞雜煲 <---小妹對於內臟食物都唔太鐘意, 不過間中食下都ok, 無可否認佢個煮法好香, 真係好好味.....食物係就係cheap d, 不過都整都咁好食, 唔錯炸蝦膠釀茄子 <---幾香, 不過略嫌蝦膠小咗d豉油皇炒麵 <---好味之選, 麵身爽口唔油膩, 味道適中唔會有喪落鹽同豉油的感覺, good咕嚕肉 <--- 傳統咕嚕肉, 甜酸度剛剛好, d 肉都好"淋", 但"淋" 得黎唔會有種 "生粉" 感, 好!啫啫通菜煲 <--- 呢間舖d 啫啫煮法係有料到豉椒炒聖子 <----小妹非常喜歡食聖子, 呢間算整得唔錯, 不過始終唔係傳統海鮮食店, 同西貢/ 布袋澳的, 點都有d 分別, 不過總括都ok~椒鹽鮮魷 <---ok, 同上, 味道幾好, 不過可能係自己心理作用, 都係布袋澳的好食d飲咗兩
