To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 再次光臨錦綉花園，然後試吓嗰度唯一一間茶餐廳，牛奶冰室，感覺乾淨都算寬躺，裝修以白色為主，都幾舒服，不過個冷氣好凍，服務員話係中央冷氣，所以冇得搞，外邊又好熱，裏面有勁凍，好容易病。食物方面，我估佢哋出餐只係加工，由中央廚房過嚟，味道一早已經調好，味道好濃偏鹹，而且選擇好少，價錢又唔係平，講真如果光顧連鎖式經營餐廳，去對面嘅大家樂仲好，選擇又多，價錢又平，座位空間又大，因為大家都係連鎖式經營，味道都其實差不多統一，所以牛奶冰室性價比唔係好高。
