To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 入門口有口罩袋提供,幾細心~入座前先簡左湯底先,有6款價錢同6款湯底選擇,仲可以加錢食海鮮放題,人大左食唔到咁多野,無加到。限時90分鐘,任飲任食,野飲都有好多選擇,但係最受歡迎既烏龍茶好快就飲晒,無 refill...甜品有3款movenpick雪糕,雀巢 mega雪條同大腳板雪條。火鍋配料種類雖然唔多,但係都夠晒選擇,有時太多反而唔好,花多眼亂。熟食方面,有溏心蛋,雞翼,咖哩牛肉餅,麻醬豆付,全部都幾好食。員工好少,收野好慢,都客人自己加湯,其實係危險~我地食$248/位,肉既質素唔錯,夠薄,燙1下就食得,壽喜燒湯底太甜,加左幾次湯都係甜。
