To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期一約咗friend喺尖沙咀lunch, 就行咗入美麗華商場，行到地牢呢一間HABITU 望落環境同餐牌上嘅食物好似唔錯，就入咗去食嘢。我哋叫咗兩個lunch set，牛乾菌意大利飯同埋巴馬火腿無花果薄餅，哈密瓜蜜桃果茶，抹茶泡沫豆奶，額外附加多兩件朱古力cake。前菜沙律嘅菜好新鮮，配埋麵包粒，好食，平時嘅餐廳前菜沙律我會食淨，但係呢一間我係食曬！牛乾菌意大利飯嘅汁都好香濃，飯粒軟硬度適中。至於薄餅，第一次食無花果做配搭嘅，感覺新鮮，火腿嘅鹹同無花果嘅甜match得好好。飲品屬正常水準，甜品朱古力cake 都好香滑，不過食多幾啖就覺得有啲漏。對於整體食物質素嚟講，一定會再幫襯！！😃
