今次嚟到尖沙咀嘅韓國街,不過食嘅係日本餐廳🤣一入到呢間日本餐廳,就俾佢嘅雲朵裝飾驚艷咗,非常配襯餐廳名:晴空☁️鍾情於omakase嘅我當然要試吓呢度嘅omakase course,今次嗌咗晴,有前菜、三款刺身、熱盤、六款壽司、手卷、湯同埋甜品,聽到都覺豐富😍前菜係水母刺身,第一次食水母刺身嘅我感覺好新奇,條狀嘅水母口感脆脆,配上酸酸地嘅醬汁,好開胃刺身分別有鰈魚、鯖魚、同埋紫蘇葉wasabi拖羅,屬於白身魚嘅鰈魚軟腍,肉質柔軟有彈性,卷住爽脆海草,兩種口感,外軟內脆前菜係熱盤嘅鰤魚伴蔬菜,鰤魚魚油芳香,蔬菜有翠玉瓜,蘿蔔絲、冬菇等,醬汁甜甜地壽司包括牡丹蝦、池魚、活北寄貝、右口魚邊、海膽,(次序由左至右),最鍾意壽司嘅一點喺魚生好厚身,份量比壽司飯多,海膽壽司同埋牡丹蝦壽司好出色!海膽好新鮮,零腥味,牡丹蝦配上小量蟹膏作為點綴,鮮味加倍手卷喺三文魚手卷,湯喺蜆湯,鮮味十足最後一道嘅甜品喺抹茶奶凍,面層鋪滿濃郁抹茶醬,以金箔紅豆粒作點綴,最吸睛嘅莫過於係放喺隔嚟嘅甜蜜哈密瓜我哋仲嗌咗以下其他菜式:脆脆辣油冷豆腐:第一次食甜甜地嘅炸豆腐粒,內脆內軟,配上xo醬,好惹味;唐揚東京灣小池魚酥炸
