To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 生酮、低碳飲食人士注意⚠️出街lunch又多個選擇👍🏻餐廳主打西餐,有扒有意粉,座位闊落坐得舒適,係同同事lunch嘅好地方。🔸煙三文魚煙肉炒菜無米飯🔸$70依家興食椰菜花飯,可惜冇乜餐廳推廣/支持,Itamama 餐牌上有一千零一份無米飯已經行左一大步,菜式將蟹籽、煙三文魚、煙肉、椰菜花飯炒好,可惜因為係蔬菜嘅關係,上菜時都有少少出水,調味較咸,$70有啲唔抵食,但對低碳人士而言,總好過全部都係碳水化合物😮‍💨
