To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工勁想飲珍奶，醒起漢口道開咗一間新飲品店⋯ 附近競爭太激烈了（鹿角X 同埋東X茶） 呢間完全唔洗排隊，價錢亦比較平。 叫咗杯 熱嘅烏龍奶茶加珍珠$26， 份量係平日幫襯連鎖咖啡店嘅中細size，但唔算好多。 味道有驚喜，烏龍茶好香，襯微糖係perfect，因為珍珠本身好甜，珍珠煙韌同偏細粒，同天X茗茶水準差不多。 奶方面欣賞佢用北海道3.6 牛乳，所以性價比嚟講都唔錯。加分位係佢有支持減塑，自攜杯減-$2，自備飲管又有得減，除此之外仲有喺收銀機旁邊擺賣鋼飲管套裝，令人有動機去支持減廢同環保♻️我買咗Mega粗管$128，上網查過個牌子Bucket，係made in Japan，放心過用街邊嘅雜牌鋼飲管⋯冇鐵銹味又易清理。職員仲勁好，知道我即場就想用，幫我拎入廚房清洗一次再拎俾我用，服務好細心。有心嘅小店，雖然味道不是驚為天人，但仍然有理由去繼續支持。
