To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去開紅磡做少少野，行過見到牛角呢間餐廳，聽人講呢間公司嘅老闆係暗黃，係唔係我就唔知，我哋嘅食物真係唔錯。今日等三個飛，估唔到等咗我45分鐘。入去之前姐姐會比張A4紙你保存口罩，行入去枱途中會不時提醒小心，坐咗落張枱之後店員會細心解釋如何落單等。由於之前我儲咗一啲積分所以我問店員可否優惠券和積分同時共用，其實我本身都諗住用唔到嗰個店員話可以共用，這樣令我有點喜出望外。因為同行的朋友唔食牛肉所以我哋只係集中叫豬肉雞肉，如果用積分就換一份A5和牛同埋兩隻蝦同兩隻生蠔。講真食物嘅質素真係無可挑剔，雖然以呢個價錢可以有好多選擇，但同等質素的情況下一定冇呢間做嘅都冇咁好。和牛食落去好有油香，入口有即溶嘅感覺，如果下次有機會我都會買返。朋友對嗰隻蝦讚不絕口，完全一食落去就彈牙的感覺，如果隻蠔亦都有好有生蠔的味道。雖然店裏面人手明顯不足，但每次我們舉手時他們也很落力招呼，而且很耐心解答我們的問題。同埋個人推介大家一定要食牛角飯，唔知點解佢真係超級超級好食，每一張枱上面有一個醬汁我每次都會加落個飯上面，之後將佢撈埋一齊食簡直係人間美食。到最後店員提醒，食夠$200就送一張$50嘅現金卷，因為我哋唔
