To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期日同先生拍下拖,嚟到以前讀大學時嘅搵食基地,當然要介紹佢試下呢間低調嘅法式餐廳。Menu只有三頁,但麻雀雖小五藏俱全。以前飲過佢嘅芝士洋蔥湯,非常有驚喜,今晚就試下龍蝦湯,同樣令人回味無窮,呈現非常吸引人嘅橙紅色,入口微稠,鮮香濃郁,重重嘅龍蝦味但又不帶一點腥味,非常出色。多士一客有八件,非常抵食,但對於兩個人嚟講份量有啲多,多幾個人分享會更好。多士預先塗上牛油同黑松露油,一上枱已經香氣撲鼻,多士烤得好脆,忌廉蘑菇汁頗為香濃,成個配搭好完美。意粉煮得爽身,醬汁偏稀但唔影響意粉嘅掛汁效果,加上鮮蕃茄同黑胡椒,食落感覺清新唔膩,加上大大隻蜆又新鮮又冇沙,唔錯。鴨腿煎得好香,外皮香脆而肉質依然保持嫩滑,其實唔洗用刀,用叉已經可以撕開鴨腿肉嚟食,而且一啲都唔油膩。伴碟嘅薯仔亦係另一亮點,加入鴨油去煎,除咗微脆嘅外皮之外,令成個口腔都散發住鴨油嘅香氣。今日嘅是日甜品係核桃酥皮同檸檬馬卡龍配雲呢拿雪糕,核桃酥皮即叫即整,上枱嘅時候依然有餘溫,入口酥脆微甜,配上雲呢拿雪糕,一冷一熱,非常合襯。檸檬馬卡龍嘅檸檬味好重,味道較濃,配上雲呢拿雪糕亦有平衡作用,感覺成個甜品配搭都好有心思👍🏻除咗食物有驚

除咗食物有驚喜,價錢合理,侍應態度亦十分好,既主動,又體貼客人需要,非常抵讚!
