To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前兩日喺ig foodies見到佢哋推薦呢間餐廳，見啲食物幾靚又想應下節，所以即時喺open rice預訂咗今日19:30 2位。我哋19:25到餐廳，結果經理話俾曬臺walk-in，要我哋等最少20分鐘。然後我哋發現有空嘅四人臺，但係個經理都唔肯俾我哋，堅持俾walk-in（但係其實嗰時等緊位嘅都唔係4個人），態度唔係一般差。其實book位係代表已經預先排定隊，而經理非常不負責任，剝削曬預先訂位嘅客人嘅權利，咁book臺嘅意義喺邊？？？食物味道未知如何，但係服務態度令我哋非常失望，希望貴店可以考慮雇用更有職業操守嘅員工。
