Thai BBQ Skewer Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期六遊到去大尾篤，夠鐘食晏，見呢間泰菜有午餐，諗住都係是旦搵嘢填肚，就入去快快趣食個午飯。泰式豬手飯（$68）凍檸檬茶（+$8）豬手份量多，炆得腍，但就係炆得太腍，無哂口感，所以唔太好食。另外有半隻烚蛋同一啲酸菜。芭堤雅船麵（$60）凍檸檬茶（+$8）有豬或牛，揀咗後者。湯底清，味濃，還可以。牛肉唔係肥牛片，係梳打牛肉片；牛丸彈牙但無味道；炸豬皮脆，OK。麵最唔掂，黐埋一嚿，要撩散佢先食到，而且麵質又偏糊口。凍檸檬茶最正常。星期六、日、假期，另收加一服務費。
